GENERAL CONTRACTING SERVICES....
As your general contractor, Anderson Custom Homes, LLC will completely coordinate the construction process from land development to "Certificate of Occupancy".  We are highly experienced in custom wood frame and log construction and provide full, turn-key services with a highly trained, in-house crew. We will work with your Local Building Department in order to obtain all permits for the construction of your new log home. In addition, we will purchase materials, schedule and manage the project to make your new home construction a stress free experience.

TURN-KEY AND LOG HOME PACKAGES....
In addition to providing a full service turn-key construction services, Anderson Custom Homes, LLC also works with individual clients and builders to offer the most unique, highest quality log packages on the market today.  Anderson Custom Homes, LLC, an Authorized, Independant Distributor of Pioneer Log Homes of British Columbia, provides hand peeled, handcrafted logs in your choice of Western Red Cedar or Lodgepole Pine. The joinery is finished with axes and slicks, sculpting it to perfection ensuring that each log adds individuality to your log home package. All of our log homes are professionally set as part of your purchase price.

LAND DEVELPMENT SERVICES
Anderson Custom Homes, LLC will work with you from start to finish to prepare your lot for the construction of your new log home.  Our services include but are not limited to Engineering, Surveying, Road and Foundation Excavation, Well and Septic Installation, Water, Gas and Electrical Hookups, Fire Mitigation and Consultation with the Local Building Department to Obtain all Necessary Permits.

REAL ESTATE SERVICES
If you are looking for a building site for your new home, Anderson Custom Homes, LLC offers a variety of mountain building sites available for land / home packages.  In addition, Anne-Marie Anderson is a licensed Realtor with RE/MAX Real Results, has full access to the Multi Listing Service, and can assist you with any of your real estate needs. If you are working with another realtor, Anderson Custom Homes, LLC will pay a 3% co-op to your agent.

RENOVATION SERVICES
Anderson Custom Homes, LLC has a sister company, Anderson Renovation & Repair, LLC that provides full renovation services including but not limited to Home Additions and Basement Finishes.
