We don’t just sell log packages or build standard track homes. As your general contractor, we completely work with you from the initial planning process all the way to completion of your new dream home. We take all the worry out of your build so that you can just enjoy watching your new home constructed.
After our plan is completed, we start by working with your local building department in order to obtain all permits for the construction of your new log home. We then purchase the materials, schedule and manage your complete project to make the construction of your new log home a stress free experience.
For clients who want to finish their new home themselves, we also offer a convenient and affordable Dry-In Service which makes your home weather tight. This service includes initial excavation, foundaiton, lower level framing, exterior windows and doors, exterior finish and roof with ice and water shield applied.
For our builder clients that typically just purchase our log packages, our prices always include the log set on your foundation by our highly experienced, in-house crew.

Anderson Custom Homes in conjunction with Jeremiah Johnson Log Homes will work with you from start to finish to prepare your lot for the construction of your new log home. Our services include but are not limited to Engineering, Surveying, Road and Foundation Excavation, Well and Septic Installation, Water, Gas and Electrical Hookups, Fire Mitigation and Consultation with your local building department to obtain all necessary permits.

If you are looking for a completed new log home or a building site for your turn-key log cabin or log cabin kit, Anderson Custom Homes and Jeremiah Johnson Log Homes offer a variety of mountain building sites available for land / log home or log cabin packages. In addition, Anne-Marie Anderson is a licensed Realtor with Evergreen Mountain Homes, LLC. She has full access to several Multi Listing Services and can assist you with any of your real estate needs. If you are working with another realtor we will pay a 3% co-op to your agent.
